Submission Of Credit Claims

Credit claims for Cat 1C, 2, 3A and 3B should only be submitted by the dental professional electronically via the online CPE system at when the overseas CPE event or activity has been completed. Dental professionals will need to login as a registered user with their Dental Council Registration (DCR) number and password to access the CPE system.

Dental professionals are required to attach relevant supporting documents in their online submissions, except for reading of referred journal under Category 3A that are within the accredited list. Upon successful submission of an online credit claim, an acknowledgement screen will be displayed. Please note down the unique transaction ID that is assigned to each submitted claim for future reference. You may print the acknowledgement and keep for your own records. You are required to key in this ID, should you need to clarify on claims in the future. The time taken to process the credit claims is around 3 weeks. Credit claims which are approved will be reflected in your personal CPE report.

Generate Personal CPE Reports

Dental professionals may view their individual CPE Reports for their CPE status. Dental professionals can also view their CPE points accumulated in the current and previous qualifying periods. It usually takes about 1 month after the end of the course for CPE points to be reflected in the system for Cat 1A/ 1B events. This is because the CPE Providers are given 1 month after the end of the course to submit the attendance records electronically.

If your personal CPE report does not show your CPE points 6 weeks after you have attended a Cat 1A/ 1B event, please contact the CPE Provider directly for clarification. Should you find any discrepany in your report, please do not hesitate to contact us.
