Verification of Registration/ Enrolment (VOR)

Nurse/Midwife can apply for verification of registration/enrolment with SNB to provide his/her current SNB registration status to another nursing regulatory body/registering authority. Any other information related to the nurse/midwife’s conduct and disciplinary matters, including any action that has been taken against the nurse/midwife, would be included in the VOR.

Application for verification of registration/enrolment with SNB must be made by the individual nurse/midwife.

The average processing time for verification of registration/enrolment is now 6 weeks or more from the date of receipt of your application and its fee. This duration excludes the time required for mailing (if applicable).  Please take note of this processing time before submission of applications.

Your request will be sent directly to the nursing regulatory body/ registering authority (as provided in your Application).

By default, we will send verification of registration/enrolment to an official email address of the receiving nursing regulatory body/ registering authority.  If there is no official email address, we will send via DHL courier.  This will be subject to additional costs and we will contact you on the additional cost involved and how to make payment.

Your application will only be processed when all required documents are submitted. Incomplete information and/or failure to submit required documents will result in delay of processing of your application.

We will not reply to queries on status of your applications but will inform you once your verification of registration/enrolment has been sent.
