Announcement

Dear Allied Health Professional colleagues,

In view of the increasing number of COVID-19 cases in Singapore, the government has recently implemented circuit breaker measures which includes the suspension of all non-essential services. The Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) noted that the supervision of some Conditional Registrants (C-Reg) may be affected due to clinic closures or low patient caseloads.

Should your supervisory responsibilities or your supervisee’s work be affected during this period, please inform the AHPC by email at AHPC@spb.gov.sg so that we can delay the submission of your supervisory reports.  Please indicate your full name, your supervisee’s name, your workplace and the start of the period affected.  As the end of this period is not certain, we will send another circular when the circuit breaker measures are lifted.   The supervised practice period for the affected C-Regs can then be reviewed by AHPC and you will be advised on the new report submission date.

We note that a number of our colleagues are involved in the COVID-19 work. We would like to appreciate and thank our Allied Health Professionals for their response to this national emergency and wish everyone safety and good health.

Thank you.

Regards,

Secretariat, Allied Health Professions Council
