Display of RC and PC

FOR ALL REGISTERED PRACTITIONERS

Please be informed that Section 21 and Section 23 of the Optometrists and Opticians Act (Chapter 213A) stipulates that the registered person shall display the Original or Certified True Copy of his Registration Certificate (RC) and Practising Certificate (PC) conspicuously at every place of his practice as an optometrist or an optician.

Any person who fails to comply shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000. 

*Note: Self copied/printed RC and PC cannot be deemed as valid. Practitioners who like to seek for a certified true copy of his/her RC may proceed to apply for one here.
