A fully registered person may apply for a Certified True Copy (CTC) of their Registration Certificate (RC). The CTC copy of the RC may only display at the Secondary Practice Place.

Please note that a charge of non-refundable application fee of $50 per copy of CTC.

1.     The OOB will only process an application with full payment and new employment details has been updated, processing time will take approximately 14 working days. Longer processing time may be taken when OOB is experiencing a peak period.

2.     If your application is approved, you will be receiving an email notification from the Board. The Board will schedule an appointment for you to collect your CTC in person which you are required to bring along with your original RC for verification.
