Nurses/Midwives are encouraged to attain at least 15 CNE units per year. Advanced Practice Nurses need to meet a different requirement (Refer to Renewal of APN Practising Certificate for more details)
Claim for CNE Units
In addition to CNE Activities approved by SNB, Nurses/Midwives may self-claim CNE units for some categories of activities, such as overseas conferences and paper/poster presentation at conferences. Please refer to CNE Award Criteria for more details.
Login to submit an online self-claim. SNB may contact you for verification or further information. If the claim is approved, it will be reflected in your Current QP CNE Report.

Publication year of article should not lapse for more than 5 years. |
All claims for current Qualifying Period (QP) has to be done in the same QP by 31 Aug. Category II-B & III claims with start date in the current QP from 17 Aug to 31 Aug (inclusive) will have grace period of 1 week to submit the claim by 7 Sep. Any current QP claims submitted after 7 Sep will not be credited.
