The Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) is the regulatory authority for nurses and midwives in Singapore. We aim to protect the public through licensure and regulation of nursing/midwifery education and practice.
Renewal of Practising Certificate(s) for Year 2014
It is an offence to practise nursing/midwifery without a valid practising certificate.
Nurses and Midwives Act (Chapter 209) [Section 26 (1)]
The Singapore Nursing Board issues Practising Certificates (PCs) for nurses/midwives on its Register and Roll. It is the responsibility of individual nurse/midwife to apply and pay for the yearly renewal of the practising certificate no later than 1 month before the expiry date on 31 December 2013.
