Singapore Dental Council

For dentists who had been off-registered and wish to resume practise, they are required to apply for restoration to the dental register. They may submit the completed dental restoration form with the necessary documents, to:

When the application is approved, applicant will be requested to call at the SDC's office personally, bringing the following for formal restoration:

(a) original copies of the documents submitted earlier;
(b) identity card/passport; and
(c) prescribed restoration and practising certificate fees.

Fees

The restoration fee for is $200.

The fee for practising certificate is $600 for 2-year validity,  pro-rated according to required validity of PC.
