All applicants are required to submit their registration application via the Professional Registration System (PRS).  The supporting documents required for submission can be found here.  The registration application fee is SGD200 made payable by credit cards or eNETS only.  The entire registration application form will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

Step 1: Prepare all the required supporting documents (files to be named appropriately) in PDF or JPEG format.  Each file size must not exceed 1 MB.

A clear photograph is required with the recommended resolution to be at least  400 by 514 pixels.
Step 2: Enter the “Pre-Application” page
Step 3: Upon completing the pre-application stage, log in to the PRS account to submit your registration application using the user-id and password provided.

Important Note: Please provide your regular email address as all correspondences will be sent to this registered email address.
Step 4:

Wait for your registration outcome from the AHPC. 

Note:

  1. Please check your email regularly as all correspondences (i.e. clarification regarding your application, information on outcome of application) will be sent to your email.
  2. Applicants are to inform the AHPC of any change in employer status while waiting for the registration outcome. 
Step 5: Successful applicants will be informed to log in to their PRS account to apply for a Practising Certificate.
Step 6: Successful applicants are required to collect their Registration Certificate and Practising Certificate from the AHPC Office in person
