The registration of Diagnostic Radiographers and Radiation Therapists commences on 15 April 2016.  There is a one year grace period from 15 April 2016 to 14 April 2017 for Diagnostic Radiographers and Radiation Therapists who are already practising in Singapore before 15 April 2016 to be registered with the AHPC. 

Radiographers and Radiation Therapists who seeking jobs in Singapore (‘New Entrants’)

Radiographers and Radiation Therapists ‘New entrants’, who are seeking jobs in Singapore or who do not have prior practice experience in Singapore are required to be registered with the AHPC and have in force, a valid practising certificate prior to being able to start work as a Diagnostic Radiographer or Radiation Therapist.

Transition Cases

New entrants who have been offered employment before 15 April 2016 and are scheduled to start work within 2 months (i.e. before 15 June 2016) will be allowed to start work as a Diagnostic Radiographer or Radiation Therapist but must apply for registration within 2 weeks from their employment start work date
