The following registrants are required to work under supervision:
- All Conditionally registered therapists
- Temporarily registered therapists who are in Singapore for the purposes of teaching, training, research or critical areas of service needs.
During the grace period from 15 April 2013 to 14 April 2014, affected therapists must adhere to Supervision Requirements (Grace Period).
With effect from 15 April 2014, registrants on Conditional or Temporary registration (where applicable) are required to work under supervision and with an employer or in an establishment whose supervision systems and structures comply with the Council's Supervised Practice Guidelines.
Such employers/establishments must have adequate numbers of full-time, and on-site supervisory staff, clear policies for training and development and peer review structures in place for multi-rater reviews.
